NOTICE OF RACE

OPEN CROATIAN SENIOR AND JUNIOR (U21) CHAMPIONSHIP FOR ALL OLYPMIC CLASSES AND

OPEN YOUTH CROATIAN CHAMPIONSHIP FOR

420 (U18), Laser radial (U19), Laser 4.7 (U18), Techno293 (U17)

Primošten, 21. - 25. October 2015.

1. ORGANIZER

Croatian sailing federation - www.hjs.hr and Sailing club Primošten - Primošten, www.jk-primosten.hr

2. RULES

The regatta will be governed by the rules as defined in The Racing Rules of Sailing and class rules.

3. ADVERTISING

Boats may be required to display advertising chosen and supplied by the organizing authority.

4. ELIGIBILITY AND ENTRY

a) Regatta is open to all sailors who are registered within national sailing federation.

b) Eligible sailors may enter by completing online Entry Form and by paying required entry fee, to Sailing club "Primošten", bank account: SWIFT CODE RZBH HR 2X, IBAN: HR20 24840081104294258 by 09. October 2015. Entries without entry fee payment will not be accepted.

c) Sailors are required to register on site in regatta office.

d) Late entries will be accepted with double entry fee.

5. ENTRY FEES

Required entry fees are as follows:

6. SCHEDULE

a) Registration will be 21 October 2014. from 14:00 hrs – 20:00 hrs.

b) Dates of racing are 22^nd , 23^th 24^th and 25^th October 2015. For each class seven (7) races are scheduled except for 49er and RS:X eleven (11) races are scheduled.

c) The scheduled time of the warning signal for the first race is 1200 hrs.

7. MEASUREMENTS

Each boat shall produce a valid measurement certificate.

8. SAILING INSTRUCTIONS

The sailing instructions will be available on registration.

9. VENUE

SC Primošten- Primošten, Croatia.

10. THE COURSES

Trapezoid and windward-leeward courses will be sailed.

11. SCORING

a) When fewer than 4 races have been completed, a boat’s series score will be the total of her race scores.

b) When from 4 to 7 races have been completed, a boat’s series score will be the total of her race scores excluding her worst score.

c) When 11 or more races have been completed, a boat’s series score will be the total of her race scores excluding her two worst scores.

12. RADIO COMMUNICATION

A boat shall neither make radio transmissions while racing nor receive radio communications not available to all boats. This restriction also applies to mobile telephones.

13. PRIZES

Prizes will be given for first three crews in each class.
